IMPORTANT: Vindica is not a law firm. The Service does not provide legal advice. Nothing generated by Vindica constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using the Service.
Vindica is a software platform that assists registered representatives and other financial professionals in organizing information and preparing documentation in connection with FINRA arbitration proceedings. The Service provides a guided interview process, AI-assisted document generation, secure storage of case progress, and downloadable defense preparation documents.
The Service is intended for use by licensed financial professionals. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, authorized to enter into this agreement, will use the Service only for lawful purposes, and will not enter client personally identifiable information without first obtaining appropriate authorization and redacting sensitive identifiers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@vindicafile.com.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, enter client personally identifiable information without appropriate authorization, attempt to reverse engineer the underlying AI systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract content, or misrepresent the output of the Service as independent legal advice.
You retain ownership of all information and content you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Vindica a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You acknowledge that AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions, output quality depends entirely on the accuracy of your inputs, all generated documents must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before use in any legal proceeding, and Vindica makes no warranty regarding the legal sufficiency of any generated document.
The Vindica platform is the proprietary intellectual property of VindicaFile.com. Vindica™ is a trademark of VindicaFile.com. Patent Pending. The defense documents generated for you based on your inputs are yours — we claim no ownership over output documents you generate.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VINDICA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VINDICAFILE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
